- This is another important aspect of any organization. Any UX champions in the company should document their work through user research, wireframes, landing pages and so on.
- Mentoring is extremely important because it keeps up to date with the latest new techniques and technologies in the UX field. Without mentoring, there is no way to teach different types of skills needed for implementing user experience.
5. Education of UX staff on UX tools and specific areas of UX expertise
- Similarly, it is also important to keep up to date with the various tools and techniques needed for implementing user experience.
6. Education of non-UX staff on UX principles and processes
- After educating your staff, it is also important to educate the rest of the organization on what user experience does and how it can potentially help you. This will allow for more open communication between UX and non-UX members.
UX is a skill that is highly regarded as an important component of a website. However, it’s often the least emphasized or most overlooked area in the development process. It can be practiced, grown, and improved just like any other skill.
